  • What is your returns policy?

Holdcroft Handmades does not accept returns on items.

All items are lovingly made by hand, which is very time consuming. The measurements and details of items will be detailed on the product page. Please read these details carefully before purchasing.

If you would like any more information before purchasing please do get in touch.

  • Do you ship outside the UK?

At this time Holdcroft Handmades only ships within the UK.

  • Postage details

All items are handmade, and frequently made to order to reduce waste.

If your item is made to order it will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. If your item is already in stock it will be shipped within 1 week.

Shipments will be sent first class via. Royal Mail.

Holdcroft Handmades has an eco conscience. Where possible, all products will be sent in reused or recycled packaging - please reuse or recycle it again!

  • What is the fibre content of my item?

Where possible the fibre content of each item will be written in the product description.

Sometimes items are made from recycled, reclaimed and donated yarns, which can be tricky to find the exact content of. If this information is missing from the project page this will be why!

Some of my products do contain acrylic yarn. While I am aware that there are environmental issues with the production of acrylic yarn, I am committed to using up all yarn in my stash before purchasing additional materials. Acrylic yarn is also hypoallergenic, and can be more durable than wool so all is not to be written off for acrylic yarn! Please bear with me while I continue to search for more sustainable materials.
